Chalet built on one side on a quiet, sunny south-facing slope with beautiful, unobstructed panoramic views of the Churfisten, a little paradise. A large, fenced-in garden as well as the large, covered balcony and a small balcony on the upper floor give this house a special touch. Wonderful winter hiking trails in winter and hiking routes on all the hills in summer, all within walking distance. The village centre with shopping facilities is just a few minutes' walk away. A garage and 3 parking spaces (2 in front of the house, 1 in front of the garage) as well as WLAN are available free of charge. The final cleaning is carried out by a cleaning company for an additional charge. Electricity, heating, waste disposal charges, cleaning materials and firewood for the fireplace are provided by the landlord.
